Essentials Wedding Coordination

With this service, you plan and design your dream wedding but leave the execution to us for a smooth, stress-free day.

Starting with a kick-off call 12 weeks before your wedding, we'll dive into the details to ensure everything is prepped for the perfect day. From creating professional timelines, finalizing vendor details, and managing rehearsals, we'll oversee the entire event.

On the big day, our team will handle everything—from setting up personal touches to coordinating with vendors and venue staff—so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. With two dedicated coordinators on-site, you can relax knowing your wedding day will flow effortlessly from the first look to the final send-off.

Our Wedding Coordination typically includes:

  • Kick-off Call (12 weeks prior to wedding date)

  • Aisle Planner guest seating manager

  • Final venue site visit/walkthrough

  • Creation of digital layout of venue (we'll work with your venue on this)

  • Review booked vendor contracts

  • Professional, detailed wedding day timelines 

  • Distribution of timelines to vendors and wedding party

  • Final details meeting 2-4 weeks before your wedding date

  • Finalize details with vendors

  • Ceremony rehearsal on a day other than the wedding day (if applicable*)

  • Ceremony instruction & details packet for all participants (if applicable)

  • Ceremony management (if applicable)

  • Execute event day according to timeline

  • Oversee and manage all vendors during event

  • Set up cake table, guest book, and other personal items

  • Set up personal details for ceremony

  • Coordination with venue staff

  • Manage send-off 

  • Oversee breakdown of the event

  • Take down personal items that we set up

  • 2 Event coordinators on site for the duration of your event
