We had the joy of planning a heartfelt wedding at Sundance Mountain Resort for a couple who wanted their day to be all about love, family, and creating lasting memories. Every decision made through the wedding planning process was done through the lens of the comfort and experience of their guests, both young and old. This included activities for the many children on the guest list, and a kid friendly specialty drink menu. Ensuring that every guest felt included and cared for.

The ceremony was held on the deck of the Rehearsal Hall, with the couple walking down the aisle to live music performed by a string quartet. The couples children participated in the ceremony which included a symbolic sand pouring that symbolized not just the joining of the couple, but the creation of a family; making it a deeply personal and emotional experience for all in attendance.

Guests then moved inside the Rehearsal Hall for the reception, where we transformed the rustic mountain venue with soft chiffon ceiling draping and glowing bistro lights for an inviting, romantic atmosphere. The design embraced a palette of fresh greens and whites, keeping the look simple yet sophisticated, and perfectly in tune with the surrounding mountain beauty. A mountain theme escort cart display with custom wood signage added a personal touch, tying the celebration back to the couples love for the Utah mountains. Guests enjoyed an elegant dinner, and an evening filled with love, laughter, and dancing to the sounds of a live band, creating an atmosphere that was both elegant and full of joy.

It was the perfect balance of rustic mountain charm and refined elegance, a celebration as beautiful and genuine as the couple themselves.
